Print the holders for the coil that will make up the stator Print the center parts for the coils Assemble the coil winder like this and wind 12 coils with 90 turns Glue the stator together so they can hold all coils Print the magnet holder and put in the magnets one by one Test the magnet holder for watertightness Make sure the fieldlines of the magnets are connected by turning the iron wire like this Print both part of the blade and glue together with cyanoacrylate Assemble the axle parts, generator and blades like this with 3mm screws Total should look like this Connect the coils in 3-phase Saw the 1m threaded rod in 3 and screw them Overview Overview Print the tailpart in this orientation Overview of the print Put in the aluminium bars Connect together… …and shove the tail over them like this Connect them with tie-wraps while applying extra cyanoacrylate glue Print the cover pieces.
